Housed in the Secretariat of the Semak Foundation , on March 14, 2015 Perkumpulan Inisiatif held a meeting to coordinate the implementation of the second phase of the Peduli Desa Programme. The coordination meeting attended by all executive staff Peduli program of the Semak Foundation and Perkumpulan Inisiatif and the Programme Officer of SAMIN.
In the first session of the coordinating meeting, Dadan Ramdan prom Perkumpulan Insiatif deliver on the targets and indicators of achievement of program implementation. In his presentation, Dadan Ramdan said that for the implementation of the Peduli Desa Programme in Garut locations and beneficiaries may be the same as the location and beneficiaries in phase one. It’s just that there are some slight differences. First, regarding the implementation of the program of quantitative targets. “In the second stage, these targets and quantitative output should be photographed better than in phase one. But of course, that does not mean compromising quality implementation of the program”,so said Dadan Ramdan.
In addition to portraits quantitative, program implementation phase two will try to test the extent of the seriousness of the two villages assisted another (Galih Pakuaon and Cigawir) in alignments them against teenagers vulnerable. “It is expected that the implementation of the program Peduli village concerned the second phase of the two villages of the programs may also provide measurable budget allocation for the program marginalized groups”
Heri Winarko welcomed it and is ready to cooperate with Perkumpulan Inisiatif in implementing the Peduli Desa Programme Phase II. But Hari delivers a few notes as a prerequisite for the implementation of the program. First, the Community Action Plan (RAM) that have been made by each Community Education Committee (KPMD) in three villages program implementers. Hari said that RAM compiled by KPMD is not a holy book that can not critics. Instead, RAM is a document that allows it to revised as necessary. Based on this, Hari suggested before it is too far into the implementation of the program should be held several meetings to revise the existing RAM.
Based on the observation by Hari, the revision of RAM is needed, especially to adjust the target, the location and distribution of coverage beneficiary groups. “RAM revision should include the expansion of the location and the number of beneficiaries who have not been touched by the program is collated in the previous RAM”, said Hari.
In response, Dadan Ramdan expressed positive appreciation and ask Syahmudin Rahman made the revision RAM as one of the important agenda before any further implementation of the program. Besides appreciation, Dadan Ramdan also explained that in the second phase of this program will try more emphasis on some of the results at the district level. Some of the targets that will try to accomplish at the district level is the birth of some of the regulations that support the implementation of the legislation village whose foundations have been built in the Peduli Desa Programme implementation phase I. “Some of the regulations in question is the decree on the village scale local authority, regulatory regents on financial management as well as the village of regents regulations regarding planning guidelines and rural development”, said Dadan Ramdan ahead of the final session of the coordination meeting.
