Aang Kusmawan, M.E

Aang Kusmawan is a civil society activist with more than a decade of experience in public budgeting, social accountability, poverty, social protection, village development, social inclusion, and public education.

His experience includes budget analysis, assistance with village planning and budgeting, strengthening community participation, capacity building for marginalized groups, policy research, and knowledge production.

Aang Kusmawan earned a Master of Islamic Economics (ME) from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, with his master’s thesis focusing on the relationship between government spending, village fund transfers, and poverty in Indonesia.
