Dadan Ramdan, S.Si

Dadan Ramdan is a member of the Executive Board of Perkumpulan Inisiatif. He has been with Perkumpulan Inisiatif since 2003. In addition to serving on the Executive Board, he served as Secretary General for the 2019–2025 term and was subsequently re-elected as Secretary General of Perkumpulan Inisiatif for the 2025–2030 term.

Before becoming Secretary-General, Dadan served as Executive Director of WALHI West Java from 2011 to 2019. Since joining the organization, Dadan has been heavily involved in social research, community organizing, and education for marginalized communities. Dadan earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from the Physics Education Program at the Indonesia University of Education.
