Gritania Praditha

Gritania Praditha is a finance and administration professional with more than a decade of experience supporting the financial and operational management of Perkumpulan Inisiatif, a civil society organization working to advance social justice, public policy, and community development. Since joining the organization in 2014, she has played a key role in maintaining reliable financial administration, ensuring the timely processing of transactions and payments, and supporting the organization’s day-to-day financial operations. Her contribution is integral to maintaining sound administrative practices and institutional accountability.

Gritania brings a strong foundation in administrative and operational support, developed through her previous professional experience with the Pusat Survey Geologi Bandung and Akademi Sekretaris dan Manajemen Taruna Bakti Bandung. At Perkumpulan Inisiatif, she supports financial processes through meticulous transaction management, payment administration, documentation, and coordination of routine financial activities.
