Sely Martini is a senior civil society and governance practitioner with extensive experience in anti-corruption, public accountability, transparency, institutional strengthening, and organizational transformation. As a member of the Congress of Members of Perkumpulan Inisiatif, she brings a strong track record of advancing integrity-driven governance and strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations to influence public policy and promote accountable development. Her professional experience includes significant engagement with Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW), where she contributed to strengthening organizational systems and supporting advocacy, research, campaigning, and public accountability initiatives.

Sely’s areas of expertise include anti-corruption and integrity, governance and institutional reform, public accountability, organizational transformation, public-sector transparency, natural resource governance, public procurement, and technology-enabled governance. She currently serves as Director of Organizational Transformation at Visi Integritas, where she focuses on strengthening organizational governance and developing technology-enabled systems to support institutional transformation and integrity. Her work has also encompassed corruption risks in natural resource management, public procurement, state-owned enterprises, and the development of anti-bribery management systems. Through these roles, she has contributed to strengthening institutional resilience, accountability mechanisms, and evidence-based approaches to governance reform.

Academically trained in Urban and Regional Planning at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Sely subsequently earned a Master of Science in Regional Development Planning through TU Dortmund University and the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to connect governance and anti-corruption perspectives with regional development, public policy, institutional reform, and sustainable resource management. She brings particular value to international development programmes requiring strategic policy analysis, organizational strengthening, anti-corruption frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and civil society capacity development, with strong relevance to good governance, public accountability, natural resource governance, institutional integrity, organizational transformation, and inclusive development.
